Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of the "Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Type 1 Diabetes (2011 Edition)"; 2. Children who need daily insulin injection and blood glucose monitoring (>=6 times/day); 3. D-FISQ >= 6 points; 4. Aged 3 to 12 years; 5. Informed consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with serious heart, liver, kidney, immune system and other diseases; 2. Severe cognitive impairment or mental/mental illness; 3. There are other situations that do not meet the entry criteria.
