Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for executive dysfunction after stroke in the 2015 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Dementia and Cognitive Impairment, 2nd Edition; 2. The condition is stable, the vital signs are stable, and the experimental treatment can be cooperated; 3. Aged 45-75 years, first onset, disease duration 6-24 months; 4. Right-handed, can complete the pen and paper test; 5. MMSE < 27, MoCA < 26; 6. Agree to participate in the research and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are metal implants in the body (such as pacemakers, venous stents, cochlear implants, metal dentures that cannot be removed, etc.); 2. Combined with severe heart and lung disease, multiple organ failure, brain tumor, severe mental illness, etc.; 3. History or family history of epileptic seizures, complete aphasia; 4. Severe visual and hearing impairments, such as color blindness, deafness, etc.
