Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent posterior lumbar discectomy decompression + bone graft fusion and internal fixation; 2. Aged 18 to 60 years; 3. The ASA I or II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with a history of glaucoma, acute conjunctivitis, corneal disease, and iris disease; 2. Recently used drugs that have an impact on IOP; 3. Serious cardiovascular diseases such as severe hypertension, diabetes, arrhythmia, myocardial infarction; 4. For patients with liver and kidney insufficiency, if the hemodynamic fluctuation is too large, the sample will be excluded; 5. Unable to communicate before surgery and non-compliance with tests; 6. Those who are allergic to dexmedetomidine; 7. Patients with moderate to severe anemia: preoperative Hb < 90g/L.
