Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 3 to 5 years; 2. No physical disability, genetic disease, mental system disease or major disease; 3. Informed consent of parents/guardians; 4. Parents/guardians can read and understand Chinese.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Live locally for <=6 months; 2. Those who cannot accept goat milk powder or have allergies; 3. Those who regularly consume dairy products in their daily diet. Regular intake was defined as the frequency of dairy food intake more than or equal to 3 times per week.
