20 Years to 44 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Normal menstrual cycle; 2. Antagonist regimen; 3. Meet the Poseidon low prognosis diagnostic criteria; 4. Previously received IVF/ICSI treatment for = 7.0mm; 7. Aged 20 to 44 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with stage III-IV endometriosis or adenomyosis; 2. There are other factors that clearly affect embryo implantation, such as untreated hydrosalpinx, uterine malformation, uterine submucosal fibroids, intrauterine adhesions, etc.; 3. Patients with chromosomal abnormalities requiring preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD); 4. Combined with uncontrolled endocrine diseases (such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperprolactinemia, abnormal thyroid function, etc.); 5. Recurrent miscarriage (two or more consecutive spontaneous miscarriages with the same sex partner); 6. Repeated implantation failures (>=3 times for those with high-quality embryos but no pregnancy).
