Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Observation group: 1. Aged 18 to 60 years, male or female; 2. Measure the food impaction between the first molar and the second molar; 3. The teeth at the impaction site are neatly arranged, the tooth structure is complete, there is no loss of adjacent contact, and the occlusal relationship is normal; 4. There is no obvious periodontal disease or complete periodontal treatment, and there is no obvious looseness of the teeth; 5. Good patient compliance. Control group: 1. Aged 18 to 60 years, male or female; 2. There is no food impaction between the first and second molars on the measuring side; 3. The dentition is complete except for the third molar, the tooth structure is complete, the adjacency is good, and the occlusal relationship is normal; 4. There is no obvious periodontal disease or periodontal treatment has been perfected, and there is no obvious loosening of teeth; 5. Good patient compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Observation group: 1. There are caries, old supplements and restorations on the adjacent surface of the tooth impacted by food; 2. The teeth at the impaction site have elongated, twisted and dislocated teeth; 3. Uncontrolled acute and chronic periodontitis; 4. Poor patient compliance; 5. Suffering from serious systemic diseases, mental illness, pregnancy, lactation. Control group: 1. Measure the tooth with food impaction; 2. Measure the adjacent surface of the tooth for caries and old fillings; measure the tooth for elongation, twist and dislocation; 3. Uncontrolled acute and chronic periodontitis; poor patient compliance; 4. Suffering from serious systemic diseases, mental illness, pregnancy, lactation.
