Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 to 59 years, regardless of gender; 2. Body mass index BMI18.5~23.9kg/m2; 3. Patients undergoing knee arthroscopy; 4. American Physician Association (ASA) grades I to II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as hypertension; 2. Diabetes and other endocrine system diseases; 3. Metabolic diseases; 4. Mental illness; 5. Nervous system diseases; 6. History of traumatic brain injury, intracranial hypertension; 7. Cardiac insufficiency, atrial fibrillation, valve disease, severe arrhythmia; 8. Patients with obvious anemia (hemoglobin < 6.0g/l) and blood system diseases before surgery; 9. History of allergy to anesthetics; 10. Those who refuse to participate in this experiment and have incomplete information.
