Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. No history of drinking or drinking ethanol (alcohol) per week in the past 12 months <210g for men and <140g for women; 2. Liver imaging manifests as diffuse fatty liver or focal fatty liver or homogeneous fatty liver: diffuse enhancement of liver near-field echo, attenuation of far-field echo, and unclear display of intrahepatic duct structure. 3. Aged 20 to 65 years old; Han nationality and living in the local area for at least 5 years. 4. Those who have signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have incomplete information; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Combined with other serious systemic diseases (such as cerebrovascular diseases) or mental diseases; 4. Those who have concomitant infectious diseases, such as viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, AIDS, etc.; 5. Patients with alcoholic liver disease, chronic hepatitis C, autoimmune liver disease, hepatolenticular degeneration and other specific liver diseases that can cause fatty liver; except for non-alcoholic steatohepatitis, liver cirrhosis and liver cancer; 6. There are special conditions that can cause fatty liver such as drugs, total parenteral nutrition, inflammatory bowel disease, and hypothyroidism; 7. Biliary diseases and those who are taking or have taken Chinese and Western medicines that can increase liver transaminases within 3 months; 8. Use weight-loss drugs or lipid-lowering drugs within the past six months; 9. A large number of broccoli or other nutritional supplements rich in sulforaphane have been used in recent 3 months.
