Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. DTC patients who meet the above diagnostic criteria; 2. Ability to obtain tumor tissue by needle biopsy; 3. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with bleeding tendency or significantly prolonged coagulation time; 2. Patients with lung metastases who have uncontrollable cough or do not cooperate, and have bullous emphysema at the site where the puncture needle passes; 3. Severe pulmonary hypertension; 4. Cardiopulmonary function is poor.
