40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40 to 80 years; 2. GOLD grade 2 and above (FEV1/FVC<70% after bronchodilator inhalation, FEV1<80% predicted value); 3. AECOPD is moderate to severe attack; 4. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other chronic respiratory diseases such as tuberculosis, tumor, bronchiectasis, pulmonary fibrosis; 2. Patients with serious cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney, blood and other systemic primary diseases; 3. Patients with asthma, allergic rhinitis, eczema, eosinophilic pneumonia and other diseases that may lead to eosinophilia; 4. Those who cannot cooperate with the project plan.
