Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Have a clear history of hypertension; 2. Imaging examinations suggest typical bleeding sites, such as basal ganglia, thalamus, cerebellum, and brainstem; 3. Exclude coagulation disorders and blood diseases; 4. CTA/MRA/MRV/DSA examination to exclude other cerebrovascular lesions (choose 1 to 2 examinations); 5. Ultra-early (within 72 hours) or late-stage enhanced MRI to exclude intracranial tumors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects accepting the other surgery; 2. Existing cerebral lobe hemorrhage; 3. Existing Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Use antiplatelets or anticoagulant drugs orally; 5. Take part in the other trial within 30 days; 6. Not providing the written ICF.
