Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 70 years; 2. Essential hypertension; 3. Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with angina pectoris attack and new myocardial infarction in recent two months; 2. Complicated with acute or chronic heart failure; 3. Cerebrovascular events occurred within 6 months before screening; 4. Damage to liver and kidney function (according to local laboratory standards) is excluded if at least one of the following is met: (1) Serum alanine transaminase (ALT)> 2 ULN; (2) Serum glutamic-oxalacetic transaminase (AST)> 2 ULN; (3) eGFR < 30ml/ min/ L.73m; 5. Patients who work night shifts; 6. Participated in other studies nearly 3 months before screening; 7. Women of childbearing age who do not use effective contraceptive methods, as well as pregnant and lactating women; 8. No legal capacity or limited legal capacity; 9. Other conditions deemed unsuitable for study participation by the investigator, such as patients undergoing elective surgery during the study.
