65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 65 years; 2. ASA classification: I-III; 3. Patients undergoing elective fracture repair surgery; 4. Voluntarily participated and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of neurological or clinically significant neurovascular disease; 2. Long-term use of psychotropic drugs, chronic analgesics and other medical history or history of alcohol abuse; 3. Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 4. Severe liver and kidney insufficiency before surgery; 5. Refuse to perform spinal anesthesia; 6. Patients participating in other clinical trials.
