Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged less than 2 years; 2. ASA is classified as I-III; 3. Use general anesthesia; 4. Radial artery puncture and catheterization are required for invasive blood pressure monitoring during the operation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Peripheral vascular disease affects upper extremity function; 2. Severe upper extremity arteriosclerosis; 3. Severe renal insufficiency; 4. Severe peptic ulcer; 5. Those who are allergic to phentolamine or lidocaine; 6. Those who underwent radial artery puncture recently; 7. Allen's test is positive; 8. Trauma, hematoma, infection, etc. in the radial artery puncture area; 9. Shock or severe arrhythmia.
