Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke, diagnosed by CT or MRI, and the course of disease is >=14 days; 2. Aged >= 60 years, hospitalized in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of our hospital and the stroke is the first onset; 3. Urinary incontinence, urinary retention or indwelling catheter cannot be safely removed after the primary disease is stabilized; or there is a feeling of labored defecation, dry ball or hard stool, a feeling of incomplete defecation, and a feeling of anorectal obstruction (or) blockage , or even require manual defecation, and defecate less than 3 times a week; 4. The vital signs are stable, the consciousness is clear, and the speech and cognitive functions do not affect the communication between doctors and patients; 5. The patient signed the informed consent, with good compliance, and cooperated with the evaluation and treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The primary disease is still unstable; 2. Accompanied by serious infection or serious complications of other organs, tumors and other diseases; 3. Combined with lower urinary tract organic diseases such as urethral obstruction or urethral stricture, or accompanied by severe renal disease; combined with organic intestinal diseases such as mechanical intestinal obstruction, ischemic intestinal obstruction, ulcerative colon disease; 4. The evaluation and treatment of lower urinary tract disorders have been performed before enrollment; 5. Mental illness or cognitive impairment, poor communication and cooperation, or refusal to sign informed consent.
