20 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All signed informed consent for postoperative analgesia 48 hours after operation, and all received sufentanil for postoperative analgesia; 2. Select patients who underwent laparoscopic radical gastrectomy under ultrasound-guided quadratus lumborum combined with general anesthesia or general anesthesia alone; 3. Aged 20 to 75 years; 4. ASA classification I ~ IV; 5. Intravenous compound sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia; 6. Use ropivacaine for quadratus lumborum block; 7. The same surgical anesthesia team.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative cognitive dysfunction; 2. Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 3. Severe liver or kidney dysfunction(CHILD grade less than 10 and the creatinine at 451-707 mol /L respectively.); 4. Hematological system disease, coagulation abnormality or anticoagulation treatment; 5. Distant organ metastasis; 6. Recent take of analgesics; 7. Past history of abdominal surgery; 8. Regional block contraindications or complications; 9. Failure to complete data collection and follow-up.
