Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20 to 70 years; 2. The pathological diagnosis of the primary lesion was oral squamous cell carcinoma; 3. Surgical treatment was planned and was the first treatment method; 4. If neck dissection was not performed, follow-up was required for at least 6 months;the clinical and pathological data, MR image data and follow-up data is required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous surgical treatment of the neck; 2. Previous maxillofacial/neck radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 3. If the neck dissection was not performed for the first time, and the pathology after the second surgery neck lymph node dissection was positive, the first operation will be excluded; 4. The pathology after the first neck dissection was negative, and the pathology after the second neck dissection was positive, then the two operations are excluded.
