Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. An's class I adult patients (aged 18 to 30 years) who need to extract 4 first premolars; 2. The patient's left and right occlusion and alveolar bone base are basically symmetrical; 3. No bone metabolic diseases such as diabetes, osteoporosis and uncontrolled systemic diseases; 4. Healthy periodontal tissue, no bone destruction such as cysts and tumors, and no history of orthodontic treatment; 5. Preoperative blood test prompts: normal coagulation function and normal platelet count; 6. Be able to obtain all the patient's facial images, occlusal images, curved slices, lateral skull films, CT, dental and jaw models before and after treatment; 7. The Patient has good compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications for tooth extraction; 2. Those with blood diseases such as leukemia and aplastic anemia, who have taken anticoagulant drugs in the past 12 weeks or whose blood coagulation test is not within the normal range; 3. History of trauma or surgery, fracture or even loss of alveolar bone plate; 4. Severe periodontitis; 5. Systemic diseases or drug applications that may affect the healing of soft and hard tissues; 6. Have a history of smoking; 7. Pregnancy.
