Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Solid tumors diagnosed with refractory CIT, defined as failure of treatment with Eltrombopag and recombinant human thrombopoietin (rhTPO); 2. Platelets below 25x10^9/L at least 4 weeks before enrollment; 3. Aged 18 to 80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe comorbidities associated with cardio-cerebrovascular,liver and kidney or psychosis; 2. Associate with severe arrhythmia,such as rapid atrial fibrillation,atrial flutter,paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia and ect; 3. Women in pregnancy, preparation for pregnancy or breast feeding period; 4. Nearly three months have enrolled in other clinical trials or be enrolling in other clinical trials.
