Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I and II; 2. Elective orthopedics, gynecology, urology, general surgery; 3. Patients requiring general anesthesia and mechanical ventilation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suspected acute respiratory distress syndrome; 2. History of severe restrictive pulmonary disease, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, severe or uncontrolled bronchial asthma, pulmonary infection, bronchiectasis or lung metastasis; 3. Use positive pressure ventilation (such as continuous positive airway pressure ventilation for obstructive sleep apnea syndrome) before surgery; 4. Chest deformities and intrathoracic diseases (such as mediastinal or thoracic tumors); 5. Cardiovascular or nervous system diseases; 6. Abnormal liver and kidney function; 7. Laparoscopic surgery; 8. Surgery requiring single-lung isolation; 9. Pregnant patients.
