30 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of carotid artery stenosis; 2. The stenosis rate of one internal carotid artery was determined by testing; 3. According to the American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Condition Classification (ASA) standard, patients with ASA score I-II; 4. If surgery is required, the surgery is performed successfully by the vascular surgeon with 3 physicians.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-atherosclerotic stenosis, including pericarotid artery disease, congenital fibromuscular dysplasia, and abnormal carotid artery course; 2. Combined with other fundus diseases; 3. Past history of CEA or CAS; 4. The patient has poor understanding and cannot cooperate with the examiner.
