Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >= 18 years; 2. Patients who need PICC catheterization for the first time according to the doctor's advice; 3. No serious cardiovascular disease before catheter placement, such as patients with abnormal P waves such as atrial fibrillation, pulmonary heart disease, severe heart block, etc.; 4. Patients who have not participated in other clinical studies; 5. Patients who voluntarily participated in the clinical study, signed the informed consent form, and cooperated with the clinical follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Known allergy to catheter material; 2. History of infection, injury or radiation therapy at the puncture site; 3. There is a history of venous thrombosis or surgical operation at the puncture site; 4. Serious abnormal coagulation function; 5. Superior vena cava compression syndrome; 6. The limbs on the surgical side of radical mastectomy for breast cancer or axillary lymph node dissection; 7. Pacemaker and arteriovenous fistula ipsilateral limb.
