Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A clear history of craniocerebral injury, and CT examination was performed on admission to confirm the diagnosis; 2. Aged over 18 years; 3. The time interval from injury to ICU admission is less than 24 hours; 4. Post-traumatic GCS score 3 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous neurological diseases such as cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction; 2. Hemorrhagic shock accompanied by severe trauma in other parts; 3. There is a history of infection or antibiotics within 2 weeks before admission; 4. Long-term use of steroids or immunosuppressants; 5. Previous blood disease or autoimmune disease; and severe liver, kidney, heart, and lung insufficiency; 6. Previous malignant tumor, coronary heart disease, COPD, metabolic syndrome; 7. Pregnant and lactating women. 8. Subjects give up treatment during the trial; 9. Incomplete data, failed follow-up within 28 days.
