Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of sudden deafness conforms to the "Diagnosis and Efficacy Evaluation Criteria for Sudden Deafness" (2015 Chinese Medical Association Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Branch); 2. Sudden deafness in all cases was the first onset, and the course of the disease was less than 1 week without other treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. It is confirmed by examination that it is accompanied by middle ear lesions, inner ear deformities and retrochlear space-occupying lesions; 2. Accompanied by absolute contraindications to the use of glucocorticoids; 3. Children or pregnant and lactating women; 4. Accompanied by serious systemic diseases; 5. Accompanied by severe mental illness or epilepsy.
