Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years; 2. Ultrasonography shows the presence of solid or cystic thyroid nodules, TIRADS class 3 or above nodules (single or multiple), and cystic components in the cystic and solid nodules are less than 25%; 3.0.5cm < maximum diameter of nodule < 2.5cm; 4. Preoperative ultrasound and CEUS examination and complete imaging data; 5. Thyroidectomy + neck lymph node dissection and complete operation records; 6. The postoperative pathological result was papillary thyroid carcinoma.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The thyroid parenchyma is full of nodules without normal thyroid glands; 2. Combined with serious life-threatening primary diseases such as the heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, as well as diseases such as mental illness and skin disease that affect examination, biopsy or surgery; 3. Pregnant, lactating women, those with allergies; 4. Those who are allergic to any component in the contrast medium or have contraindications to the use of the contrast medium; 5. Those who participated in other clinical trials or investigators thought that it was not appropriate to participate in this investigator.
