Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign informed consent; 2. Pathologically confirmed olfactory blastoma; 3. General physical condition can tolerate endoscopic surgery; 4. No distant metastasis; 5. The research team must believe that the patient can be completely removed by surgery; 6. Sufficient organ function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients have surgical contraindications, such as severe cardiopulmonary disease and coagulation dysfunction; 2. Patients have uncontrolled concurrent diseases; 3. Patients have severe neurological or mental diseases, including dementia and seizures; 4. Uncontrolled active infection; 5. Any other conditions that may hinder study compliance; 6. Pregnancy or lactation.
