Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with penile loss after trauma, infection, and tumor resection: healthy, no other systemic organic diseases, no local inflammation, intact skin tissue on the inner and outer thighs, and no recurrence for one year after the tumor is stably stopped after drug treatment. The residual length of the penis is less than or equal to 2cm; 2. Hypospadias and severe penile dysplasia: good health, no other systemic organic diseases, no local inflammation, intact skin tissue on the inner and outer thighs. The small penis is hidden under the pubic symphysis and the appearance is not obvious or the penis length is <= 2cm; 3. Heterosexuality (female to male): healthy body, no other organic diseases in the whole body, no local inflammation, intact skin tissue on the inner and outer thighs. Before the operation, the immediate family members must agree and sign the consent form, notarized by the notary office, and there is no criminal record.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with multiple underlying diseases, acute infectious diseases, and unable to perform general anesthesia surgery; 2. Under the age of 18 years; 3. Patients with mental illness; 4. There is obvious damage to the local tissue, and the acquisition of gracilis and other tissues cannot be completed.
