Experimental group:Ultrasound combined with pressure-guided TPVB in pleural effusion group

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years; 2. For patients undergoing thoracic surgery, determine whether there is pleural effusion by preoperative CT; 3. ASAI-II; 4. BMI20-25kg/M2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infection at the puncture site; 2. Use of anticoagulants or abnormal coagulation function; 3. Heart, lung, liver and kidney insufficiency; 4. Deny the operation.
