18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Residence in Shunyi District and Daxing District (no intention to move out in 2 years); 2. Patients with essential hypertension diagnosed according to ICD-11 codes BA00; 3. Aged 18 to 75 years; 4. Could take care of themselves.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental disorders; 2. Patients who cannot or refuse to sign informed consent; 3. Plan to move out of the district in the next year; 4. Diseases affecting normal hearing and speaking function. 5. Patients who are pregnant or intend to become pregnant within one year; 6. Non compliant patients.
