18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years; 2. No severe liver and kidney insufficiency.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with coronary heart disease and myocardial infarction; 2. Those with immune system diseases; 3. Those who suffer from blood system diseases; 4. Those who use glucocorticoids before surgery; 5. Preoperative Mini Mental State Scale (MMSE) score < 23 and those with cognitive decline before surgery; 6. Long-term use of sedatives, antidepressants, and alcoholism.
