Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Monocular or binocular PAACG acute grand mal; 2. The intraocular pressure cannot be reduced to normal after 24 hours of local and systemic application of various intraocular pressure-lowering drugs, or the intraocular pressure is reduced to normal, but UBM shows ciliary body hypertrophy or pronation, ciliary process hypertrophy, central anterior chamber The depth is less than 1.8mm.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary angle-closure glaucoma; 2. The attacked eye has a history of intraocular surgery or laser treatment in the past; 3. Patients with severe cardiovascular system, respiratory system or other systemic diseases who cannot tolerate transscleral laser cyclophotocoagulation; 4. Those who refuse to sign the informed consent form.
