Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Comply with the National Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease formulated by the Respiratory Branch of the Chinese Medical Association; 2. During the stable disease period, the patient or his caregiver has certain disease management capabilities and conditions after discharge; 3. Have a clear consciousness, have certain comprehension and language skills, and be willing to cooperate with the researcher.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Past or current cognitive and mental disorders; 2. The acute exacerbation period of the disease; 3. There are complications such as severe heart, liver and kidney damage.
