18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 60 years; 2. ASA classification: I-II patients; 3. Patients undergoing upper extremity surgery with elective nerve block anesthesia; 4. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are allergic to butofino or ropivacaine; 2. Patients with abnormal preoperative coagulation function; 3. The skin at the puncture site is infected or damaged; 4. 18kg/m230kg/m2; 5. Patients with bradycardia, atrioventricular block, and cardiac insufficiency; 6. Serious damage to liver and kidney function; 7. Those with a history of chronic pain.
