Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as malignant tumor by pathology or cytology, or imaging combined with specific tumor markers; 2. Has received or is receiving a combination of highly emetogenic chemotherapy containing cisplatin, cyclophosphamide + anthracycline (AC regimen); 3. Antiemetics are: 5HT3 receptor antagonist, NK1 receptor; 4. The general condition is good, the Karnofasky score is >=60, and the estimated survival period is >=5 months; 5. Aged 18 to 75 years; 6. Those without severe cardiovascular, liver, kidney, bone marrow insufficiency and normal coagulation function; 7. Sign the informed consent form and be willing to accept the treatment of this program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has received acupuncture and moxibustion for other diseases from admission to chemotherapy; 2. Patients with nausea and vomiting due to brain metastasis or limb metastasis, or nausea and vomiting due to electrolyte imbalance and other systemic diseases (such as severe diabetes); 3. Patients with severe other infectious diseases, liver, kidney and heart insufficiency; 4. Combined with intellectual disability or a history of mental illness and unable to conduct self-assessment; 5. Patients with concurrent radiotherapy during chemotherapy; 6. Those who cannot tolerate fire needles due to allergies, tension and other reasons.
