Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 3 to 13 years; 2. Planned elective surgery with orotracheal intubation under general anesthesia; 3. ASA 1-2; 4. The legal representative of the patient signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Intended for neck, throat or oropharyngeal surgery; 2. Oropharyngeal or neck deformity; 3. Past history of tracheal intubation or tracheotomy; 4. There is stridor or dysphonia; 5. Children who need nasogastric or orogastric tubes; 6. Other researchers think that it is not suitable to participate in this research.
