Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of type 2 diabetes meets the diagnostic criteria of the "2021 Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes"; 2. The diagnostic criteria for myocardial infarction conform to the diagnostic criteria of the "Guidelines for Rapid Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Coronary Syndrome (2019)"; 3. Coronary heart disease blood stasis syndrome score >= 19 points; 4. Aged >= 18 years, gender is not limited; 5. Those who volunteered to participate in this study and signed the informed consent form with good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute complications of diabetes; 2. Severe cerebrovascular disease, secondary hypertension, uncontrolled severe hypertension grade 3; 3. Progressive liver and renal insufficiency, malignant tumor, history of trauma and surgery in recent months; 4. Autoimmune diseases, combined with other diseases affecting glucose metabolism such as hyperthyroidism, acromegaly, Cushing's syndrome; 5. Other stress conditions complicated by infection, inflammation and autoimmune diseases; 6. Participate in other clinical investigators within the past 3 months; 7. Pregnant and lactating women; 8. Other circumstances that the investigator considers unsuitable to participate in this clinical study; 9. Severe mental illness.
