Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years; 2. Clinical diagnosis of primary lower extremity saphenous vein insufficiency; 3. Ultrasound diagnosis is consistent with lower extremity venous insufficiency (superficial venous reflux time is greater than 0.5s in standing position scan); 4. The patient's CEAP (Clinical, Etiology, Anatomy, Pathophysiology) clinical grade is C2-C6.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The appearance of varicose veins has a longer recovery time after hemodynamic correction surgery; 2. Unable to cooperate with standing hemodynamic evaluation; 3. Superficial vein function is good; 4. Superficial vein thrombosis or thrombophlebitis; 5. Have had varicose vein surgery or sclerotherapy; 6. History of deep vein embolism or pulmonary embolism; 7. Varicose veins secondary to deep vein thrombosis syndrome, iliac vein compression syndrome, KT syndrome, arteriovenous fistula; 8. Patients deemed by the investigator to be unable to complete follow-up.
