Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the American College of Chest Physicians (ACCP)/Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM) diagnostic criteria for sepsis; that is, systemic inflammatory response syndrome caused by infection, and 2 or more of the following can be diagnosed as pus Toxicity: (1) Body temperature > 38? or 90 beats/min or hypotension (systolic blood pressure 40 mmHg lower than baseline); (3) shortness of breath (>20 beats/min) or hyperventilation (PaCO2 < 32mmHg); (4) Peripheral blood leukocyte count is greater than 12x10^9/L or less than 4 x 10^9/L, or immature leukocytes are greater than 10%. 2. The control group is healthy adults, both male and female; 3. Participants or their guardians understand and voluntarily sign the written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged < 18 years; 2. Pregnant or breastfeeding; 3. Diagnosis of primary disease: acute cerebrovascular accident, acute myocardial infarction, persistent asthma, malignant arrhythmia, epilepsy, drug poisoning, blood system disease, malignant tumor; 4. Hemodynamic instability caused by active bleeding; 5. AIDS patients; 6. It has been more than 24 hours after meeting the entry conditions.
