Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Maternal ASA grade I-II without serious complications; 2. Aged 18 to 35 years; 3. The gestational age is between 37 and 40+6 weeks (including 37 weeks and 40+6 weeks), and women who need cesarean section due to scarred uterus, abnormal birth canal, abnormal fetal position, and fetal factors; 4. Perform cesarean section operation under spinal anesthesia; 5. Those who have no history of allergies; 6. Those who signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with poor blood pressure control (sitting systolic blood pressure >=160mmHg or =100mmHg or <=60mmHg during the screening period); 2. Diabetes patients and other important organ dysfunctions; 3. Premature rupture of membranes, excessive or weak uterine contractions, early placenta abruption, placenta previa, uterine rupture, etc.
