16 Years to 58 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 16 to 58 years; 2. There is a definite diagnosis of WD before surgery, with indications for splenectomy; 3. Child-Pugh grade A~B; 4. The preoperative American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) disease classification was I-II; 5. Agree to sign the informed consent form for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of mental illness or long-term use of psychotropic drugs; 2. History of long-term use of opioids or other analgesics; 3. Preoperative MMSE score <= 23 points; 4. Illiterate patients; 5. Patients with communication disorders cannot complete cognitive function tests.
