Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. School students; 2. Adults aged 18 to 26 years; 3. 18.5 <= BMI < 24; 4. Agree to participate in the trial and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have metabolic diseases; 2. Family history of diabetes; 3. Glucose intolerance; 4. Stay up late; 5. Do not eat breakfast; 6. Allergy to the test substance (apple rice); 7. Have the habit of smoking; 8. Have the habit of drinking; 9. Undergoing professional sports training; 10. Abnormal liver and kidney function; 11. Has been diagnosed with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or other serious diseases; 12. Have mental and psychological behavioral disorders; 13. Eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, bulimia, etc.; 14. Long-term use of drugs or any drug dependence.
