Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are scheduled for elective surgical treatment of hip fractures, the types of surgery include total hip replacement or hemi-hip replacement, PFNA (proximal femoral anti-rotation intramedullary nail fixation), American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade II to III ; 2. Aged >= 65 years, BMI 18-25; 3. Exercise VAS score > 3 points, agree to receive preventive analgesia; 4. Voluntary participation in research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Significant cognitive impairment was found in the preoperative visit (MMSE score (see Table 2) illiterate < 17 points, primary school < 20 points, junior high school and above <24 points); 2. History of hip surgery; 3. History of opioid or alcohol abuse; 4. History of chronic pain; 5. Nervous system diseases; 6. Severe visual impairment; 7. Anemia (Hb < 80g/L), coagulation disorder; 8. Inability to communicate effectively with doctors; 9. Lost to follow-up; 10. Patients with underlying diseases such as heart failure, severely reduced respiratory function, severe arrhythmia, poorly controlled hypertension and diabetes before surgery.
