Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the inclusion criteria for recurrent allergic purpura; 2. Rash score >= 14 points; 3. TCM syndrome differentiation belongs to those with blood-heat reckless behavior; 4. 2 weeks <= duration <= 1 year; 5. Aged 3 to 16 years; 6. The patients and their families agreed and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Associated with other intractable allergic diseases, such as intractable urticaria or eczema; 2. Those with severe gastrointestinal symptoms or kidney damage; 3. Combined with other organ damage or accompanied by mental, nervous system, hematopoietic system diseases, etc.
