Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 65 years, gender is not limited; 2. ASA classification I-III; 3. Hip replacement under general anesthesia; 4. Preoperative MMSE score: illiteracy>17 points, primary school>20 points, middle school and above>24 points; 5. Informed consent of patients and their families.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive dysfunction disease existed before surgery; 2. There is serious damage to important organs such as heart, lung, liver and kidney; 3. Patients who cannot cooperate with the completion of blood sample collection or cognitive function evaluation; 4. Patients who take drugs that affect cognitive function for a long time; 5. Patients who refuse to participate or cannot communicate.
