Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years, regardless of gender, with a life expectancy of at least 3 months; 2. Diagnosed with biliary tract malignant tumor by histopathology or cytology; 3. Barcelona is staged as C-level; 4. Child-Pugh grading of liver function is grade A; 5. At least one measurable lesion (RECIST v1.1); 6. Radical surgery cannot be performed or the patient refuses surgery; 7. Subjects voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is drug abuse; or any medical, psychological or social condition that may affect research, unstable patient compliance, or even jeopardize patient safety; 2. Administer other experimental drug treatments other than this trial within 4 weeks before the start of the study; or participate in another clinical study that has an impact on the results of this study.
