Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with definite diagnosis of complete coronary artery occlusion by coronary angiography .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction by electrocardiogram, cardiac markers, etc.; 2. Vascular occlusion time <= 3 months; 3. Patients with undetected homocysteine levels; 4. Patients who are taking folic acid and enalapril maleate folic acid tablets orally.
