Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. I-III degree internal hemorrhoids accompanied by symptoms related to internal hemorrhoids; 2. I-III degree internal hemorrhoids are ineffective by conservative treatment such as diet and drugs; 3. Aged >= 18 years; 4. The patients participated voluntarily, were followed up and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with IV degree internal hemorrhoids and external hemorrhoids; 2. Complications such as incarcerated hemorrhoids, thrombosed external hemorrhoids, ulceration and infection; 3. Patients with severe heart, brain, lung, liver and kidney failure who cannot tolerate endoscopic therapy; 4. Associated with perianal infectious disease, anal fistula and active inflammatory bowel disease; 5. Associated with coagulation dysfunction or using anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs; 6. Pregnant women and puerperium women; 7. History of low rectal or anal surgery in the past; 8. History of pelvic radiotherapy in the past; 9. Recent history of repeated sclerotherapy; 10. Patients with mental disorders; 11. Patients with colorectal tumor.
