Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American society of anesthesiologist (ASA) classification II-III; 2. Aged >= 65 years; 3. No drugs that affect delirium were used before surgery; 4. Preoperative Minimum Mental State Examination (MMSE) scores were all greater than 24 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious impairment of liver and kidney function; 2. Severe respiratory system or cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 3. Long-term use of sedatives or preoperative mental and nervous system diseases; 4. Patients with abnormal coagulation function or contraindications to spinal anesthesia such as anticoagulant drugs before surgery; 5. The patient refuses.
