Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years; 2. In accordance with the diagnostic criteria of Rome IV functional constipation; 3. According to the clinical manifestation and related auxiliary examination, it was diagnosed as outlet obstruction constipation; 4. Be able to understand and complete the relevant questionnaire; 5. Willing to follow the research plan and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Systemic or organic diseases that can cause or aggravate constipation, such as Parkinson's disease, gastrointestinal tumors, Hirschsprung's disease, etc. ; 2.Cannot be investigated by questionnaire due to physical or other reasons; 3. It was clearly diagnosed as slow transit constipation and constipation caused by opioids and other drugs.
