18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Stroke diagnosed by CT/MRI; 2. Unilateral hemiplegia; 3. Aged 18 to 80 years; 4. The vital signs are stable; 5. Clear consciousness, no obvious cognitive impairment (abbreviated mental test score (AMTS) >= 8 points), able to follow instructions and cooperate with evaluation; 6. The patient or family members signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with respiratory diseases such as bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 2. Associated with pleural disease or thoracic deformity, thoracic/abdominal space-occupying lesions, neuromuscular junction disease, acute or chronic pain affecting respiratory movement, etc.; 3. History of chest or abdominal surgery; 4. Combined with other serious physical diseases; 5. History of bed rest in the past 3 months; 6. Pregnancy or lactation.
